At ZippyHome, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at zippyhome.shop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the appropriate return address once your request is approved.
- Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please send us an email within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or a video of the damaged item and the packaging. In most cases, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund without requiring you to return the damaged unit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item (or evidence of damage), we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (PayPal/Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Orders that did not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Small variations in color or packaging that do not affect the product's functionality.
