1. Order Processing Time ⚙️
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every ZippyHome tool passes its quality check before heading to you.
2. Worldwide Shipping & Estimates 🌍
We are proud to offer International Shipping services. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. To ensure the best prices and newest models, items are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking 🔍
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can follow your package’s journey directly on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes 🛡️
ZippyHome is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, for most US orders, no additional customs fees usually apply.
5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer ⚠️
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at zippyhome.shop@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages 📮
ZippyHome is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the carrier marks the item as "Delivered." However, we want you to be happy! If your tracking information says it was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier and then reach out to our support team.
7. Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. In this case, you will receive a tracking number for each package.
